The building's structure is incredible! It's a recently inaugurated building, everything is brand new and of excellent quality.
All this to provide you with a peaceful and perfect stay.
Folks, due to the Coronavirus and thinking about the collective well-being, I kindly ask those who make reservations to, if possible, wear masks in common areas, and if possible, use hand sanitizer for their safety and that of the building's residents.
Guests have access to the pool, gym, and all leisure areas!

3. Breakfast is not included.
The daily rate for accommodation does not include breakfast, in order to make the price more attractive. In addition, the apartment has all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils.
4. Cleaning is not a daily task.
The cleaning fee paid by the guest covers the cleaning, tidying, and washing of bed linens and towels prior to occupancy, a service performed only once. However, if the guest wishes, they may request extra tidying and cleaning, which will be charged at the same rate as the initial fee. Our linens consist of sheets and towels, blankets and comforters...
