New flat with structure to provide every comfort, just 60 meters from the Cabo Branco waterfront and close to bars, restaurants, food park and conveniences.
The flat has two bedrooms, 01 of which is a suite with TV, equipped with a double bed, accommodating up to 04 people.
It also has cabinets, split air conditioning, American kitchen with 04 burner stove and oven, refrigerator, blender, pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. Our guests have private wi-fi in the apartment, 01 numbered parking space, laundry in the condominium with washing and drying machine, as well as a swimming pool on the roof of the building.
We are a seasonal manager, we do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily change of linen, amenities and replacement of materials.
Cleaning in the space with change of trousseau is by appointment with the customer service.
Pets are allowed upon payment of an extra fee per pet (check with the host).
ATTENTION: For stays longer than 15 days, energy consumption will be charged separately and upon deposit (Check amount with the host).
For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the team from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of checkout.
Guests must send a document with a photo of all occupants of the property to release check-in and send the voucher.
Cabo Branco beach is of great beauty and tranquility, it is considered one of the best destinations in the city. It is a good option for a pleasant day at the beach, to go diving, to take a delicious swim in the sea, in addition to taking a great walk on the sidewalk along the shore to relax and experience direct contact with the sea and nature and have access to great places like kiosks on the edge of the beach for special meals and drinks.
The neighborhood usually receives a good number of tourists during the high season, who enjoy great moments in the place.
