The apartment has two bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and an extra bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker, blender, dishes, cutlery, and other items. The living room has a sofa bed, a table with four chairs, and a Smart TV.
Condominium with 24-hour concierge, volleyball court, playground, bicycle storage, barbecue area, gym and 1 (one) parking space.
Park in the parking space corresponding to your apartment to avoid fines. The space is identified with a sign on the floor: BLOCK 05 APARTMENT 502. You may use the swimming pools, volleyball court, playground, gym, and bicycle storage area. Other areas (such as the barbecue area) must be checked in advance to verify availability with the condominium and any applicable usage fees.
Folks, we at MIRAMAR HOSPEDAGENS would love to be able to offer flexible hours, BUT THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF FLEXIBILITY! We have to comply with all hygiene and cleaning standards; this interval between 12:00 PM check-out and 3:00 PM check-in is the minimum time we have to offer a quality service!
