For rent for weekends/holidays/seasons.Located approximately 40km from Uberaba and Conceição das Alagoas.
The Ranch has an area of 20,000 m2, with a mini soccer field, a shuttlecock court, a heated swimming pool with an attached kiosk containing a barbecue, cooktop stove.
We also have a social area with a wood stove, pizza oven and barbecue, games room (with snooker) and sauna.
There are a total of 4 suites, 3 of which are combined with a living room and a large one.
The ranch is completely fenced, with an electronic gate, drinking water from an artesian well. It has air conditioning in all suites.
Maximum accommodation: 20 people.
Daily:
BRL 1,500.00 up to 12 people
BRL 1,800.00 up to 20 people
Rates for Christmas/New Year/Holidays -R$ 2,500.00 for up to 20 people
Payment of 50% upon signing the contract and 50% up to 1 week before check-in.
We rent for a full day, entering at 7am and being able to leave until 7pm.
Cleaning Fee: BRL 200.00
We require a deposit check in the amount of one day (returned at the end of the stay).
