1 -Due to local limitations and difficulties regarding laundry services, we DO NOT provide bed or bath linen;
2 - We do not provide breakfast, but we have a partnership with third-party suppliers (on request).
3 - It is PROHIBITED to smoke in the rooms, only in the external areas;
4 - We only provide 1 key, so be careful not to lose it;
5 - Any property damage is the responsibility of the renter.
6 - The number of guests must correspond to the reservation, otherwise a fine will be applied.
7 - The checkout time must be respected. If you want to extend it, contact us for negotiation.
8 - It is expressly forbidden to hold events on site.
9 - It is the guest's duty to respect the quiet time after 10 pm, in order not to disturb the neighbourhood.
