GROUND FLOOR: Living room with two areas, American-style kitchen counter, pantry, powder room, fully equipped bar with barbecue, adult and children's swimming pool, playground, and private outdoor parking for up to 10 to 15 cars.
UPPER FLOOR: 3 Bedrooms, including 1 Master Suite with Walk-in Closet and Distant Sea View, leading to a large Terrace (tables and chairs can be used) with Glass Railings and White Aluminum. In addition, there are 2 more Bedrooms (one with air conditioning and the other with a fan). There is also 1 upstairs shared bathroom.
ACCOMMODATIONS: The house has 3 double beds, 2 single beds, and 2 extra single mattresses. It has 7 spaces for hammocks and 1 spacious sofa bed that can be used for sleeping. There is a lawned garden in the front outdoor area with a beautiful adult and children's pool attached. At the back there is a lawn area that can be used for events (also used for games, tents, or other uses). LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 10 PM IN THE HOUSE, in accordance with the Noise Law (neighbors).
NOTE: Smart TV, internet, and all necessary furniture are included, such as 3 double beds, 4 single beds, a giant double-door refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, a double-door chest freezer, a barbecue grill, a complete bar with sink and cabinet, including gas, water (artesian well, practically mineral water), 1 sofa and 4 armchairs, 1 TV stand, 1 Smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, a dining table with 4 chairs, etc. In addition, 25 to 30 plastic and wooden chairs and tables are available at no extra cost (check availability).
