Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor) has a double bed, ceiling fan and typhoon;
Bedroom 2 (First Floor) has a double bed, bathroom, ceiling fan, typhoon and Balcony;
Bedroom 3 (First Floor) has a double bed, single bed, extra single mattress, extra mattress and ceiling fan;
Bedroom 4 (First Floor) has a double bed and ceiling fan;
Large living room with 40" Digital LED TV, table with chairs and sofa;
American Type Kitchen with 450 liter frost-free duplex refrigerator, microwave, stove and all kitchen utensils;
Service area with tank and clothesline;
Parking space for (2) TWO cars;
Rates from R$400.00 for a minimum of 3 nights for low season periods between Monday and Friday except holidays and for a maximum of 12 people. (I ACCEPT A LARGER NUMBER OF PEOPLE THROUGH NEGOTIATION);

Mandatory cleaning fee: R$200.00;
