Casa Lado Mar offers an excellent structure with barbecue, parking, beach view, balcony and ample leisure space with plenty of comfort for your best season at the beach. The 150 m2 house accommodates up to six (6) guests and has an excellent structure with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathrooms and a fully equipped and compact kitchen to add to your stay. All this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.
72 hours before check-in, guests must inform the arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF).
After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and for the parking space (when there is a space available).
• Security deposit: R$600.00 (six hundred reais), which must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before CHECK-IN, via bank transfer;
