The House accommodates up to Fourteen (14) Guests and also has a fully equipped kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.
There are two rooms without hot showers.

Suite1 = queen bed + air conditioning + hot shower
Upper Pav:
Suite2 = queen + single bed + air conditioning + hot shower
Suite3 = queen bed + air conditioning + hot shower
Suite4 = queen bed + air conditioning + hot shower
Attachment:
Suite5 = queen bed + air conditioning + no hot water
Suite6 = queen bed + single + air conditioning + no hot water.
It is worth noting that there are additional extra fees, such as:
📋 Security Deposit Fee: R$ 1,000.00 (One Thousand Reais), which must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before CHECK-IN, via bank transfer;
📋 Cleaning Fee: R$ 390.00 (Three Hundred and Ninety Reais), amount charged to the guest at the time of via bank transfer or Pix;
72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF).
After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and parking space (when space is available).
