The house is located in a privileged location, for easy access to Beach Park, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants in Porto das Dunas.
2) THE CONDOMINIUM: PORTA RIVERA (24-HOUR SECURITY)
The Italian architect who planned and built the condominium was inspired by the rustic and cozy style of the houses in the Tuscany region (Province of Monte Argentario on the Italian coast), where the architecture is simple, but everything is well-planned with comfortable and tasteful features. This is the essence of "PORTA RIVERA," composed of six houses with beautiful sea views, where the main concept is to provide residents with a high quality of life with security and tranquility.
3) HOUSE RULES:
The house is located in a gated community with only 6 houses and monitored security.
Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
The house is provided with bed linens and towels.
The house is delivered clean and with the electrical installations and equipment in perfect working order.
- The house must be returned by the guests, with no trash left in the bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
The pool is delivered clean, and the pool attendant must have permission from the guests to enter, if necessary, and maintain cleanliness. We also ask that you do not use any products on your body or hair, to keep the water clean at all times.
