• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in and check-out, and 2 parking spaces per apartment. To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of any accompanying persons (full name and CPF/tax ID) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after reservation confirmation.
