72 hours prior to check-in, the guest must inform us of their arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF number).
After that, access instructions will be sent, including passwords for the doors and the parking space (when a space is available).

Located on the east coast of Ceará, Barro Preto beach is a paradisiacal haven. It is just 2 km from Iguape beach and 20 kilometers from the town of Aquiraz. The beach has sand with black, shiny crystals, hence its name, Barro Preto (Black Clay).
The main attraction is Morro do Careca, from where it's possible to admire the beauty of the river, the sea, and the three beaches that complement each other. Although it's not a very crowded beach, it has kiosks and beachfront stalls to welcome visitors with greater comfort and convenience.
