Scopa Beach Resort offers an excellent structure with Swimming Pool, Children's Playground, Tennis Court, Restaurant, Games Room, Sauna, Hydromassage, Barbecue, Gym, Bar, Elevator, Garden, Parking, 24-hour reception and ample leisure space and plenty of comfort for your best beach season. The 110m2 apartment accommodates up to eight (8) people, and also has a fully equipped kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the center, bars and restaurants of the peaceful and beautiful city.
Furthermore, it is worth noting that there are additional extra fees, such as:
* Shorts Fee: R$ 600.00 that must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before CHECK-IN, via bank transfer;
* Energy fee: R$ 1.30 per Kw/h or R$ 40.00 per day in energy consumed in the unit. Energy consumed during the stay is charged outside the total value of the reservation. To inquire about additional fees to be charged for this unit, please contact us.
