This excellent mansion with a paradisiacal view is located in a gated community near Praia do Dourado, in Maragogi/AL, featuring a contemporary tropical design and breathtaking views of the Alagoas landscape.
The gourmet area of the house is perfection, with a top-of-the-line barbecue and appliances, comfort and furniture for the whole family. The pool is a spectacle in itself: expansive with an infinity edge, plus a hot tub for 8 people. Surround sound, lighting with pendant lamps and decor reminiscent of a high-end beach club.
The main kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for large family groups.
The main social area comprises a living room with marble finishes, sophisticated furniture, and decorative elements that harmonize shades of gray, blue, and wood, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The interior room includes sofas, bookshelves, armchairs, and a coffee table.
Suites and Rooms:
The property offers 7 bedrooms in total:
Ground floor, with 1 suite with 2 double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each. All with air conditioning, glass windows and access to the outdoor area.
Upper Floor, with 4 exclusive suites, including: Master Suite with Super King bed, sofa bed, leather armchair, minibar, 65” TV and bathroom with double shower and bathtub overlooking the sea and other suites with Queen and King beds, themed decor (including a pink room with TV), side tables and high-end rugs.
Support Structure:
Fully equipped laundry room with 2 horizontal washing machines;
Service quarters with separate suite;
High-speed internet;
Digital lock with security password.
Note 1: The cost of electricity consumption is charged separately based on usage, at a rate of 1.60/kWh.
Note 2: We require a security deposit equivalent to one day's stay, to cover any possible damage.
