IMPORTANT NOTES:
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit (caution) is charged, and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 3 pm – after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: up to 10 am - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs outside these hours, there is a convenience fee and an excess amount of the daily rate.
PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events and pets on property.
Pets are allowed with prior notice.
The house is limited to 12 (twelve) people, including children (10 adults and 02 children).
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and damage to property that occur during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
