House for vacation rental in Ubatuba

Excellent home in condominium, approximately 30 meters from the beach (foot-3 minutes). Built in the shape of "U" with a pool in the middle, you have the inner walls all glass overlooking the pool where you are in the house (ideal for keeping an eye on children). It has a barbecue by the pool to enjoy a great time.
The Dura Beach is great for families (especially with children), group of friends or couples because the sea is very calm, very well frequented, not many people, perfect to enjoy a quiet day. In the left corner is the Rio Escuro, who joins the sea, ideal for those who want to take a dip in fresh water.
It has 4 other beautiful beaches nearby, where you have access to only the entrance of the condominium Praia Dura, or boat. It's not a beach of "fall", being very safe for children and for those who can not swim right. A swimming pool in the open. The fireworks at the end of the year is awesome. As the beach is at the end of a large bay, you can see all the fireworks of the other beaches around.
It has market (5 min from the house) with greengrocer, butcher, cellar of beverages and bakery nearby (leaving the condo, across the road).
I will always be around and with my mobile on hand to give advice, ask questions and give any assistance that is needed.
I have boats for hire for up to 14 people (check availability / extra charge) to make your tour / holiday much more special and enjoyable. Discounts package house+boat.

Vizinhança muito simpática, além de acesso muito rápido a supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes e centros de saúde. Os donos Sr. Armando é Fábio serão exemplos de vida que levaremos sempre conosco.
