House overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and four of the most beautiful beaches in Ubatuba (Praia Grande, Vermelhinha do Centro, Toninhas and Tenório). Near the gastronomic and commercial village and 350 meters from the beaches of Tenório and Vermelhinha do Centro.
Property with 5 bedrooms, 4 suites, swimming pool, barbecue and wood oven. Sleeps 12 people very comfortably, all rooms with built-in closets and pillows, air conditioning in 4 bedrooms and ceiling fans in the other rooms. Full kitchen equipped with all utensils. household necessary for a great stay. Space for 6 cars, two of which are covered. We also recommend maid service and kitchen help, payment separately.

A casa é maravilhosa, tudo novinho, todos os utensílios, geladeira, fogão, forno, móveis, camas, colchões e travesseiros perfeitos. A área da piscina e churrasco é uma delícia.
