About the apartment ⤵️Large apartment with 2 rooms: dining and living room, gourmet balcony overlooking the sea, 2 bedrooms; well ventilated rooms with bunk bed, 1 suite with double bed, full kitchen, quiet environment, great location two blocks from the beach, close to kiosks and various shops. No need to take your car out of the garage lol.
Sea views from all rooms. We provide guests with 4 single mattresses, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the suite and ceiling fan in all rooms, 43'smart TV, radio with CD player.
Equipped kitchen: Blender, lunch box, microwave, utensils (plates, pans, glasses, cutlery, mugs, meat board, grills, etc.). Everything for your comfort. Laundry: Washing machine, mobile clothesline.

Rules ⤵️
With the desire to keep the space always welcoming and comfortable for you, some building and apartment rules are necessary.
1. Silence from 22:00 and before 8:00. The environment is familiar, it is not allowed to make noise or any attitude that may bother the neighbors. (Loud sound).
2. Do not hang, beat or dry clothes, rugs, sheets, curtains, etc. on the windows.
3. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, do not throw papers, or any other objects or liquids through the window or in the corners of the interior of the building. Subject to fine.
4. It is not allowed the presence of more people than the amount informed in the reservation. Overnight only for people identified in the contract.
5. Check-in time until 8:00 pm, which can be made more flexible, upon request/authorization by the Host. Check-out until 4 pm.
6. Pets not accepted
7- Complete leisure area: Swimming pool, games room, court, sauna for residents and tenants always obeying the rules of the condominium.
8. Last but not least, we ask that you take care of the apartment as if it were your home, because we know you'll want to come back! Keep well taken care of and minimally organized when handing over the keys!
