In quiet Rua das Garoupas, only 4 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from Open Shopping, we offer this incredible duplex house with 5 suites, a recreation area with barbecue, pool table, beautiful garden with swimming pool, and everything needed to pass a comfortable season with family or group of friends in Jurerê Internacional.Our house is the ideal place to spend a comfortable and safe season of leisure in Jurerê Internacional. We tidy our home with all care and care to provide the best experience for our guests and make them quickly feel at home. Located on Rua das Garoupas, a true oasis of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of Jurerê Internacional, the house is only 3 minutes walk from the Open Shopping, where you can find hearty shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and supermarkets. Less than a 4 minute walk we also arrived on the beach, exactly between Ammo Beach Club and 300 Beach Club.
The house is spacious and has 5 suites. On the first floor we have a beautifully decorated living room in white and blue, with high ceilings, 3 sofas, armchairs, a flat screen television, and a powerful split air conditioning that freezes the whole environment.
Still on the first floor we have the kitchen, fully equipped and with all the necessary to prepare meals throughout the day. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove 5 burners with oven, microwave, among other amenities.
In the back, we have a beautiful and ample leisure area, with view and access to our beautiful garden with swimming pool. In this area we have the barbecue, with sink and refrigerator, plus a pool table to entertain our guests and 3 tables with 4 chairs each.
The house has 5 suites in total, all with a double bed each, split air conditioning, and new and always clean bathrooms. Two suites are on the ground floor and three suites are on the second floor of the house, this exclusive floor to the bedrooms.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have been carefully decorated to provide the greatest comfort for our guests. Towels and bed linen are of exceptional quality and are also on our own. If the group or family has more than 10 people, we offer 3 extra mattresses that can be used in the room to accommodate 4 more people in the house.
