Loft of approximately 35 square meters with panoramic views. Living room and bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and extra mattress, which can accommodate up to 5 people. We are not providing towels and bed linen.The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and small pots.
The bathroom with tempered glass shower box, electric shower, hairdryer and iron.
The living room and bedroom are adjoining and have air conditioning and ceiling fan. Also has 40 inch TV with basic sky. The wifi password can be retrieved at the concierge for use, no problem.
The structure of the building has two elevators, a sauna (with a side view of the beach) and on the roof it offers a swimming pool with access to a beautiful view of Prainha.
Swimming pool opening hours: from 10:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs
Sauna: from 18:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs.
There will be no functioning of the swimming pool and sauna on Mondays.
A key card is given to the guest at the building's concierge upon check-in, along with the key. This card turns the loft's electrical power on and off when docked and undocked in the slot at the entrance. The loss of this card implies the payment of R$190.00.
