The living room is decorated with new and planned furniture to offer you the greatest possible comfort, in addition to a sofa to relax, the apartment has a new and comfortable bed and a powerful air conditioner to cool the Bahian heat;
Our Kitchen is complete with an electric cooktop, microwave, and all the equipment you could need to prepare your food.
And in addition to all that, our balcony has a beautiful side sea view to enjoy.
The building also has a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, ready for your use and a parking space that rotates on a first-come, first-served basis (This information is important, as we cannot be held responsible in case of capacity);
All the facilities of the condominium are at your disposal:
- Gym, swimming pool, leisure areas and a business center for work.
- We remind you that it is important to check at reception which areas require a request to guarantee access.
- The pool does not work on Mondays, it is closed for cleaning.
