Excellent apartment, decorated and cozy, close to stalls, restaurants and best of all: 300 meters from the beach!It consists of 1 air-conditioned suite, integrated living room and kitchen, and balcony.
We take care of the apartment with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.
Note: We have 1 sofa bed in the living room.
In addition to the apartment, all guests will have access to common areas. Exclusive use of the kiosks, guests will have to reserve at the reception with payment for a single use, costing R$50.00.
Vilas do Atlântico is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and rest. Due to its proximity to the Airport, it is a great option for those who want to enjoy their vacation at the beach and don't want to go to distant places.

- Buraquinho Beach: 850m;
- Pier XV: 850m;
- Salvador Airport: 12.6km.
