Paradise is here: You will be woken up by the birds in the morning...We are 6 km from Jauá, 8 km from the Outlet Center.
We have:
▪︎ Barbecue and pool area, hammocks on the balcony (private), tables and chairs in the outdoor area
▪︎ On-site parking - Paved road (except last 300 meters)
▪︎ Pets are welcome!
IMPORTANT:
➡ Security deposit: R$ 300.00
➡ INCLUDED: expenses for water, electricity, gas, internet, Netflix
➡ As it is a place with natural forest, it is common for insects to be present. Bring repellents!
➡ The pool is naturally heated by the sun, making the water very pleasant for swimming (in summer), even at night.
➡ We live in a neighboring house and are very discreet. There will always be at least one person on site to support guests.
➡ Guests pay "Day Use". This fee includes the use of the pool and barbecue areas, and a tour of the grounds between 10am and 4pm. Staying after this time will result in a new daily charge per person.
➡ Trash must be left in the trailer next to the main entrance (as long as it is well bagged, so as not to attract animals) or taken away.
➡ All values shown refer exclusively to accommodation. For events, request a quote.
➡ Open areas (swimming pool, deck and barbecue and outdoor kitchen, for example) must be kept clean after each use.
➡ It is not permitted to remove plants and seedlings without permission from the host.
