Apartment very close to the sea for your convenience.The Toninhas neighborhood is very quiet with a beautiful beach with approximately 1.3 km of coastline and known for its fine sand and for being family-friendly for adults and children.
In the neighborhood there is a market very close to the Apto, just 1 block away, and if you want to go to the mall, or great restaurants, just go 5 km.
For your convenience and not needing to leave the car to go to the beach, our apartment is located just 100m from Orla da Praia.
Our Apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 Suite with TV, plus 1 guest bathroom, Living room with smart TV, WIFI for all environments, kitchen with Gourmet area with barbecue and views of the mountains, we also provide a Dulce Gust coffee maker and other utensils for the preparing a good meal. All environments have AIR CONDITIONING.
In the apartment we do not provide bed and bath linen. We have pillows available in the rooms.
Regarding the stay, we accommodate up to 4 people, and if they have children, we allow a minimum of 12 years old, remembering that the rooms have a box-spring double bed. We do not accept Pets.
The condominium space has 1 covered heated swimming pool, 1 swimming pool with sea view, Sauna, entrance with doorman, elevator and security cameras.
