Located right next to the Jockey Club, the apartment is VERY well equipped, super cool and has an AMAZING view of the city. It has the ideal space for a vacation in the city of São Paulo with a Queen bed, sofa bed, 43-inch SmartTV, work desk, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, blackout, digital safe, Ultra-Fast internet, full kitchen, shower toilet, hairdryer, iron and a large balcony. The building is safe, has a gym, swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not permitted in the property;
- All tenants must provide a photo of an official ID before check-in for pre-registration;
- A temporary rental agreement will be signed electronically prior to check-in;
- Visits are not allowed;
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please respect the neighbors
- No parties or events are allowed inside the property;
- A security deposit of up to R$2,000.00 may be requested when making the reservation.
- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
