Full kitchen with all necessary items, and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer. The building has a swimming pool, gym, coworking space and laundry facilities.Important Rules:

- A temporary rental agreement will be signed electronically prior to check-in;
- Visits are not allowed;

- Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$30.00 per day per PET;
