Apartment facing the sea in Praia dos Açores with magnificent views. All furnished. Air conditioning in the rooms. One covered parking space. Barbecue on the balcony. Satellite TV from Oi TV (with more than 200 channels) and broadband internet and wifi. A suite. Two bathrooms. Minimum rental of 5 nights out of season. The apartment is very cozy and safe. It is close to restaurants, pizzeria, gym, minimarket and beauty salon. The rooms have comfortable beds. Queen bed in the suite. The single bedroom has two box beds, one of which has an additional auxiliary bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed and bath linen are included in the daily rate. Both mattresses and pillows (05 units) have waterproof covers for your greater safety and comfort. The building has an external shower with shower, private garage, individual home-box. A fee of 250 reais is charged for cleaning the property.
Leisure options and trails: Lagoinha do Leste; Saquinho beach; Solitude Waterfall; Campeche Island; Boat ride; Surfing; Bars, etc.
Many beaches in Florianópolis are unsuitable for swimming. The Azores beach is bathable, that is, it is considered suitable for swimming. It is connected to the east with Pântano do Sul beach (1.2 km) and to the west with Praia da Solão (1 km).
On Pântano do Sul beach, another attraction is the restaurants. Bar do Arantes is internationally recognized and is well worth a visit.
