Located on a private plot of 2000 m2, Casa da Árvore has a tropical garden around it and offers a variety of trees with native Brazilian fruits such as mangaba and seriguela, as well as some more familiar ones such as banana, coconut, lemon, mango. and various colorful flowers. Exotic birds such as hummingbirds frequently roam the garden, and beautiful iguanas, chameleons, and small marmosets can be seen around the area.
The comfortable living room is located on the ground floor and has satellite TV, a small integrated office with books and a work space with Wi-Fi, in addition to the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that give access to the living area.
