Apt. 84 of 170 m2, in the RIVIERA INN RESIDENCE, in Module 3, set back on the sand, it only has the garden to get to the beach. It has a heated infinity pool overlooking the beach gardens.

Accommodations: 3 social bedrooms 1 bedroom services: one bedroom suite, with a double bed, the second social bedroom has a bunk bed and the third social bedroom has two single beds that together form a double bed and four separate good mattresses to put in the living room or bedroom, and if you want, there's a box bed in the maid's back room. There are three bathrooms with showers, the suite, the social and the back one, plus a toilet in the room without shower.

Beds like the one in the back can fit seven people plus four mattresses, but the limit is ten guests

It has air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, only in the maid's room, which only has a ceiling fan.

Check-in from 2 pm and check-out until 10 am, but the time is flexible depending on whether another family is going in or out on the same day, to allow time for cleaning.

The view is very beautiful, the apartment is on the edge of the building, there is only one neighbor, and there is a screen on the balconies and 2 tables with up to 8 chairs.

The area on the ground floor where you can see the lounge and the pizza oven needs to be reserved and the part next to the condominium is rented and has a limit of people as well.

Module 3, you can do everything on foot, go to the beach, the mall, the golf course, a privileged location.

Upon prior consultation, we may eventually accept a single small PET, preferably female, as long as the RULES ON PETs, which will be sent in the consultation, are respected. There may be extra daily charges depending on the owner.
