House one block from the beach, corner and townhouse, located in Balneario Florida Mirim in Mongaguá (south coast). Next to the fishing platform and craft fair. It has a large swimming pool with natural stone cascade, 04 suites and an external and internal bathroom, barbecue, pool table, space for 4 cars, dining room and living room, television in the bedrooms and in the outdoor area. For a group of 17 people, (the house holds up to 20 people, paying the excess of guests).
