Apartment for vacation rental in Ubatuba

It's a penthouse, 300 meters from the beach. The car doesn't even need to leave the garage.
On the 4th. floor has: living room, with air conditioning, 1 sofa bed, table, chairs, TV / American kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge with freezer, pans, cutlery, molds, glasses, electric and manual lunch box, fruit juicer... / balcony / 2 bedrooms. 1 suite with a double bed and a single bed, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan, and in the common room 2 single beds, an auxiliary bed, wardrobe, 1 crib, TV, mobile fan / a social bathroom.
And on the 5th. floor a room considered as 3rd. bedroom (see photos which are enlightening) excellent wall fan, with a sofa and a double mattress. Barbecue, swimming pool, table with chairs, beach chairs and umbrella for use on the roof. It is not necessary to take chairs to the beach, as there are several kiosks / restaurants and there are no fees to use the chairs and tables, provided, of course, that you consume them.

Sueli V Maciel Sueli V Maciel: Conforme muito bem explicado ao candidato à hospedagem, meu anúncio é PAGO para que o hóspede não precise pagar a taxa do site. O anúncio PAGO no temporadalivre permite o contato direto entre proprietários e candidatos à locação. A locação não é feita pelo site. Vamos esclarecer que esse Paulo não foi ao apartamento, não pagou nada. Apenas se candidatou à locação e demorou para se decidir. Assim, outra pessoa que estava negociando bateu o martelo na frente dele. Passei imediatamente a informação a ele, dizendo: Não me envie os dados, não pague nada para mim, pois, não vai ser possível alugar para você, outra pessoa fechou o período. Para ele isso foi p e r f e i t a m e n t e esclarecido, a resposta aqui é apenas para que quem vier a ler a avaliação entenda como funciona esse site quando o anúncio é PAGO PELO PROPRIETÁRIO para que o hóspede não tenha que pagar mais 15% na locação. O Contrato é direto entre as partes, ficando mais barato para o hóspede. A pessoa tem que entender que não é a única que está falando com o proprietário, por isso deve ser mais ágil na decisão.
