Ficamos no último feriado meu esposo, filho, nosso pet e eu. Amamos o apartamento, bem aconchegante e fica no terceiro andar com elevador e uma vista linda para montanhas!
A localização também é muito boa, com partida estratégica tanto para as praias do sul quanto as do norte.

Bom dia, o apartamento estava bem limpo, chegamos um pouco tarde pelo trânsito, não foi uma atenção tan dahora porque chegamos tarde e tivemos que esperar 15 minutos para receber o apartamento, pode melhorar o Wi-Fi que é muito divagar, na tv poderia melhorar os canais, muito bom que tem ventiladores para o calor mas acho bom tentar colocar um air condicionado, o apartamento bem limpo e uma localização muito boa. Obrigada por nos receber.

Foram dias maravilhosos, apartamento impecável na limpeza, confortável, bem pertinho de uma das principais praia de Ubatuba a Praia Grande, fui muito bem recebida pelo dono do imóvel, comunicação show!! Indico para todos e com certeza retornarei obrigada pela estadia!!!

Imóvel muito bom, localizado no Itagua com fácil saída para as praias do litoral Norte e do comércio. Móveis novos, bem conservados e ótima limpeza. Piscina limpa, agradável. Possui elevador favorecendo o acesso. Única dificuldade é quanto a secagem das roupas pois como não possui maquina de lavar/ centrifuga e um unico varal de parede as roupas nao secam. Sugestão: uma centrifuga para ajudar na secagem das roupas e um varal de chão. Do restante tudo excelente. Recomendo muito!
