Luxurious House with Pool and Gourmet Area in Praia de Itaguaçu/SFS!!!The house has spacious integrated rooms. On the lower floor there is a cinema room (60" TV and hometheater), full kitchen (microwave, oven, Brastemp refrigerator, airfrier, blender, sandwich maker, water heater and coffee maker and utensils), laundry, dining room with table for 8 people and a charming bathroom.
On the upper floor are the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms. Being a master suite and two guest rooms. The suite has a queen bed and closet, bedroom 1 has a double bed and a beautiful sofa bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom in the suite and a social bathroom with excellent showers! All air-conditioned rooms with fans. 100% cotton bedding.
The house has 3 televisions, SKY and 300Mbs internet.
The charming swimming pool has an ideal beach for children. And the space is wonderful. The Gourmet area is very stylish with a barbecue and a beautiful black piano table. And it has a Brastemp retro minibar to chill drinks.
The house is located less than 300 meters from the beach. Close to several beaches and markets.

Itaguaçu - beach in front of the house. For me it is the most beautiful beach in São Chico. Beautiful stretch of sand and very clear water. Calm sea ideal for the family. Great for good walks from start to finish on the beach.
Ubatuba - beach next to Itaguaçu. Similar to Itaguaçu with a beautiful boardwalk for walking at night.
Enseada - The busiest beach. Where are several bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal to go at night after the beach, go for a walk and see the shops and eat crepes. Or go to the busiest bars.
Prainha and PG (Praia Grande) - beautiful beaches. Beach for young people, surfers and sports people. I really like going there for a walk or going to the bars at night or taking a walk along the waterfront. Ideal for surfing.
very nice place to go. Beautiful houses and where the boats and the Marina are located. Ideal to go for a walk in the late afternoon. Take a dirt road but it's worth it.
Praia do Forte - beautiful beach. I really like going there in the afternoon. Sunset is wonderful. Don't stop going. Ideal for children, there are no waves, very calm sea.
