House rules:
- Access to the hall is usually via the sliding glass door on the side (beach access), which must remain open, but leaning against it. Bathers should use the foot wash after drying their feet.

- We have some possible lighting scenarios in the living room, we suggest testing at night;
- We ask that you be careful when opening and closing bedroom blinds so that they remain on the track;
- There are no restrictions on the use of mini barbecues on the balcony, if desired.
Check in / check out outside the stipulated hours will be subject to a fee of R$200.00 to be paid upon key delivery.
Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am.
Throwing objects out of windows is prohibited.
It is forbidden to spread clothes and towels on balcony and window sills.
Guests must wash the dishes on the day of departure.
To avoid trash accumulation, we ask that you separate recyclable and non-recyclable trash and place it in the trash bin regularly.
It is requested to use water in moderation and criteria to avoid lack of water.
Take care of the beach chairs, removing the sand in the footbath and keeping them clean.
