Decorated apartment 60m from the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, barbecue, laundry area, living room and kitchen, with air conditioning in rooms, cable TV and internet. Car space (covered and private). Home box with 03 beach chairs, paddleball, umbrella, volleyball, deck and dominoes. Leisure options and trails: Lagoinha do Leste; beach bag; Waterfall Solitude; Campeche Island; Bike tours; Boat ride; Surfing; Stand-up paddle; Yoga; Alembic, crafts, bars, etc. The apartment is very cozy and safe. It is very close to bakeries, restaurant with options by the kilo, pizzeria, gym, mini-market and beauty salon. Rooms have comfortable beds. In the single bedroom, there are two box beds, one of which has an additional auxiliary bed, for children up to 12 years old. The apartment has two televisions with cable TV and broadband internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. We chose not to provide bed and bath linen, as they are considered intimate pieces and also because they generate an additional daily cost. However, if you need it, we have the option of renting these parts that must be requested in advance. The additional cost is R$ 25.00 for bed linen and R$ 25.00 for face and bath towels per room, for the period of stay. This amount is settled on the day of your arrival. Both mattresses and pillows (05 units) have a waterproof cover for your greater safety and comfort.The building has an outdoor shower with shower, private garage, individual home-box and an outdoor leisure space to have a chimarrão, or simply "play the conversation".
For sunny days, feel free to use our beach kit: chairs, umbrella, paddleball, volleyball and football, bodyboard. We also provide a cooler to take drinks to the beach.
Many beaches in Florianópolis are unsuitable for swimming. The Azores beach has bathing facilities, that is, it is considered suitable for swimming. It is connected to the east with Praia do Pântano do Sul and to the west with Praia da Solidão.
If you wake up early, you can wait for the fishing boats that arrive at Pântano do Sul beach, with the option of buying fresh fish at a more affordable price. If you help pull the boats, you might even win a fish! :) Another attraction is the restaurants. The Bar do Arantes is internationally recognized and is well worth the visit.
