The apartment is located in one of the best regions of Balneário Camboriú. Located on Praia Central between Av. Atlântica (seaside) and Av. Brasil, where the main commercial points of BC are located, making it possible to do everything on foot, but if you prefer there is a bike rental shop next to the building.
- CHECK-IN: from 3pm to 9pm maximum (there is no 24-hour concierge). It can be brought forward upon request if you do not have guests leaving on the same day.
- CHECK-OUT: until 10am.
.- Maximum capacity of 8 guests including children;
- We do not rent to groups of men (03 or ) or young people under the age of 30
- It is not permitted to use the swimming pool and barbecue for short-term rentals
- Non-guest access is not permitted. In case of visits, the name must be informed and documentation must be sent to grant access to the reception.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Parties and loud music are not allowed after 10pm.
