The house is made up of 4 levels: On the highest level there are spacious living and dining rooms, this one with direct access to the kitchen and a beautiful balcony overlooking the Ocean; On the second level there are 3 suites with private balconies with hammocks; The next level is entirely occupied by a huge new Master Suite, with a very interesting bathroom, as well as a kitchen and a nice private balcony. All rooms face the sea, each suite is equipped with double beds, minibar and air conditioning, and sofa beds are also available. On the top level there is a beautiful swimming pool, steam sauna, bathroom, bar and a large terrace facing the sea... The 5th and 6th suites are located outside the body of the house, close to the pool, and are simpler than the others, however spacious. The house has a special style and is equipped with refrigerators, freezer, stove with oven, basic bed linen and towels. The region is one of the most sophisticated neighborhoods in Rio, and the place is a secure gated community with 24-hour surveillance.
