The property has daily service (Mon to Fri) from a gardener to take care of the swimming pools and outdoor areas of the house, already included in the daily rate.
It is possible to hire a maid for the general cleaning services, as well as a Catering service.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit (security deposit) is charged and returned within 2 working days after check-out.
Check-in time: 2 pm to 6 pm – after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 08:00 to 12:00 - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the client at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 08:00, a convenience fee must be paid and after 18:00 hours, an amount exceeding the daily rate and a fee must be paid.
