ENTRY / OUT INFORMATION As we want a worry-free stay for our guests, we don't expect surprises for both parties. Therefore, we recommend that you read everything that is indicated in the sequel. -The standard check-in time is at 3 PM (15:00) and the standard check-out time is at 11:00 -A flexible check-in or departure time is possible. The policy only applies when the reservation calendar allows it (there are no guests who come in on the same day). -We charge 150.00 BRL for check-in and check-out during business hours (before 8 AM after 6 PM), on weekends and on festive days. CLEANING - We charge a cleaning fee of 250.00 BRL once. The apartment will be clean upon check-in and clean towels will be provided. Reservations with 5 nights or more: you will get an extra cleaning during the half of the stay for free: where we will completely clean the apartment, change the weekends and provide new towels. It's the same as hotel services. GUESTS -The number of guests must be indicated in the reservation request. Adding more people after the reservation will only be allowed if an agreement is reached. -Cualquier any other person in the property is the responsibility of the guest CANCELLATION -The cancellation policy is a "strict policy". The guest can find the cancellation policy when confirming the reservation. RESPONSIBILITY -All properties are privately owned; The owners are not responsible for any accident, injury or illness that occurs while they are in the facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal objects or valuables of their owner. The guest will be responsible for the fines that occur for violating any law, according to the internal regulations of the building where the apartment is located.
