House for vacation rental in Rio de Janeiro
The building has a 24-hour concierge and is located on a quiet and safe street. Just 100m from the beach, our building is in front of General Osório square and its lively bars, cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is on the top floor. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with a 160cm Queen bed (bedrooms 1 and 2 in the photos). These 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom (bathroom 1 in photos). In each room there is air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, smart TV for easy access to your favorite platforms.
Above is the living room with an open, equipped kitchen and table for 8 people. The sofa area is spacious and can accommodate your friends. There is also a large smart TV. The living room opens onto a large bay window onto the pool-jacuzzi area. This space receives sun until 3pm/4pm. The water can be heated if necessary. Next to the jacuzzi, there is a smaller bedroom with a 140cm double bed, but which has its own bathroom. It also has air conditioning.
From this level, you can climb the internal staircase to access the master suite, or the external staircase that gives access to the external shower and external bathrooms. The master suite has a king size bed (200cm) and a bathroom with a central shower. A large bay window offers views outside and, of course, there are blackout curtains.
Finally, a last external staircase leads to the apartment's roof. On this roof, there are 3 sun loungers and a table for 10 people, under a pergola. There is also a gas grill. From the rooftop, you will have views of the sea, the 2 brothers, Corcovado and Sugarloaf Mountain.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals. A security deposit (bond) is charged and returned within 2 business days after leaving the property. A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the client at the property, at a previously scheduled time. Check-in: from 2pm Check-out: until 12pm.
PROPERTY RULES: NO parties/celebrations/events and pets on the property. Pets are allowed, with prior notice. The property is limited to 08 (Eight) people, including children.
