• Kitchen equipped with appliances (double-door refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender) and complete utensils.
Leisure and Outdoor Area:
• Private pool with shallow end, hot tub, stone deck and landscaping; full bathroom.
• Gourmet area with a table for 10 people, mini-fridge, water dispenser, ice machine, gas grill, and sink with cabinets.
• Covered gazebo with armchairs, hanging swing, hammock, and handcrafted decorations.
Suites (4 external and standardized):
• Each suite: double bed with extra bed, 50” TV, air conditioning, safe, wardrobe and private bathroom.
• Suite 1: larger bathroom with natural stone sink, spacious shower stall, and desk.
• Suites 2, 3 and 4: compact bathrooms with sink inside the room.
Convenience:
• Service area with Electrolux washing machine and chest freezer (medium size).
*Note 1: You pay for the electricity you consume (R$1.50 per kWh)
