It is a charming "Beachfront" beach house located on the Ecological Route of Milagres, next to Praia Selo Azul do Patacho, in Porto de Pedras.
The house is extremely cheerful and complete, with a balcony and hammocks, living room, 3 suites with splits and bed linen/bath/pillows, 3 bathrooms and 2 lavatories, fiber optic Wi-Fi, ample parking, 2 Smart TVs, full kitchen, refrigerator, freezer and industrial stove, beach cabin with pool and gourmet area with beer cooler.

EARLY check-in and/or LATE check-out are charged, subject to availability and prior request.
We are Pet Friendly, but there is an additional cost that is charged for each pet during the entire stay, please check before making your reservation.
We recommend outsourced services such as tours to the natural pools in front of our house, bicycle rentals and the provision of a wide variety of fresh seafood.

Our caretaker will take care of the outside area of the house daily, as well as the pool attendant, at no additional cost to our guests.
The house cook will be available during your stay, at no additional cost (check time restrictions).

The beach house has three wireless Internet networks via unlimited fiber optics, with individual passwords, free of charge.

Camera system in common areas.
The mattresses in the house are from the ORTOBOM brand and the pillows are from the NASA brand, both constantly checked.

Our guests will find 02 Smart TVs in the house, the one in the living room with access to more than 100 satellite/stream channels and the one in the larger bedroom with local channels and smart functions.

We provide bed linen and towels for the number of guests, including separate pool towels (but replacements are charged and depend on availability).

There is no washing machine, but you can find some laundromats nearby.

We are privileged both by the location of the house (between Maragogi and Milagres), and by the particularities that we have been putting together over time, when the need arose and when we thought about opening it to guests.

Morada da Praia also has a communal laundry, barbecue areas, outdoor showers, an artesian well, a charming little square with huge jackfruit benches, a garden with coconut trees, lawns and beach sand, as well as a decor...
